Anyway, being on a i-love-nuts mood today, i went around asking people how to sing Auld Lang Syne. Sadly, no one came out with the actual one. A search online shows that it's one of the most sang song but with it's lyrics rarely known.

Ah well. I've made Hachi and co help me look for the lyrics. Reports on their assignment will be made tomorrow evening.

You wonder if the crazy obsession with singing like a chipmunk today was because of the peanut toasting experiece during bio practical today. Uber fun. Being too lazy to walk over to the bunsen burner after i toasted my first peanut and felt that one wasnt enough to do the experiment, i took out my zippo and toasted another at the bench.

Thus, i learnt today that PENUTS ARE BLOODY FATTENING. Or at the very least contain tons of oil. x)

It was literally on fire after the oil started seeping out !

Oh well. Fat peanut, fat.

Speaking of fat. I'm like utterly FAT !! Mean rosalind still had the guts today to say "your legs quite slim to me". She's the one with nice slim legs. Must be waiting for people to tell her that, that's why she asked. Lolx. Damn sad. Fat me. =((

MsKwan told us today that 'bonus' points'll be awarded for drafts. During Paper 1 that is.

Hearing that, me and nadine burst out saying "who the hell does that" at the same moment.

Ah well.

I mean, when i write, i get random glints of ideas. Plots i want in, things i want to mention and sorts. I usually just scribble them all over the question paper, running them through after some concepts are down.

Even then, all i do is read through, see a slight image of my story and link some of the points together, scribbling some more words to compliment the already written points.

Next i'll mentally form an introduction so that i've a slight idea where my story's going, then write.

I admit it's bad. =(

Nevertheless, maybe it's time for a change, so that i'll be able to complete my story more often during exams. x)

I think i was influenced by his sudden madness and had a sugar high. In that moment of folly, i agreed with Johnathan's membership card idea. Thankfully, he didnt remember when we got there. Yayness. KaiTing'll rip me apart limb from limb if he did.

Oh. Btw. Saw YongQuan at TM too. Kinda weird. Didnt notice him initially. I was eating my maltose candy or something when we passed and had my head down. He then kinda whispered my name. Was quite funny coz i sorta had a delayed reaction and only turned around after i stuffed the candy into my mouth. =P

So yea. I was like turning to my right and left frantically for some reason and only noticed him on like my 3 turn to the left. Saw his back and was actually wondering if it was him then. So yea. Got onto the elevator and then saw him when he turned to smile at me.

That very moment, i realised how long it's been since i last saw him. That idiot. Ah well. x)

Okay, before i digress any further, brought Johnathan, JunJia, KiaTing and QuanQi down to Big Ben today after the listening. They, despite wanting to "eat cheesecake", decided to eat the chicken and mushroom pie instead coz i "always say it's so nice".

Yada. It ended up with only me eating an oreo cheesecake. Haha. Nice nice.

Anyway, going out for study group with the same group of people tomorrow. Shopping after that.

Btw, do you guys realise that QuanQi likes to act cute more often lately ?

Dont really feel like 'shopping' tomorrow, have only 50+ left at the moment, not enough to buy anything much anyway. -.-

Was kinda stupid. Walking to canteen for lunch when QQ asked "what you wearing on monday", so i said dunno, go shopping, which he so eagerly agreed. Thus...

apple pie

Contrary to the title, today's main pie is the strawberry pie. I went down to Big Ben on sunday and bought a pie. Wanted to get apple but due to their flourishing business. They were out of all chicken related pies and had only bout 4 other types left with 1 or 2 pieces each there.

But i digress.

So i was there with my sister after my run along siglap linear park (If you live around here, go jogging with me please~) hoping to get a chicken mushroom pie and a apple pie only to realise that to my horror, there was no more ! Crap. While my sister continued to ponder on what else to buy, i looked around and realised that Big Ben was putting up partitions and installing aircon ! Yay ! And it got featured on several magazines, newspapers and stuff due to it's marvelous pies. They were the editor's pick and so with a 9/10 rating. No joke. Their pies taste good.

I frowned seeing it for that meant more people will flock over to Big Ben and eat up all their pies before i could buy them !!! Just kidding. It's good news. Their pies deserve every article. I mean where else do you find pies that are juicy on the inside and yet have that crispy-freshy-baked-but-not-powdery-type outer crust?

Anyway, so seeing that the only other fruit pie left was strawberry, i asked my sister who loved eating strawberries if she wanted it. She declined and thus i decided that i should get it for:
1) if it tastes nice, i'll get to tempt her for kicks.
2) it looks good and so might taste good too
3) it'll most likely taste good

Thus concludes my Big Ben outing. I love Opera Estate(minus the vjcians perhaps..), you should too ! Hahaha.

extra long post

Okay, now that i'm in a better mood, we shall talk normal rubbish.

Had PE today, supposed to be running ran 2.4

After the first 1/4 i decided that my shoes were really making my ankles hurt, so i stopped and waited for wileen and nadine. Lolx. Was fun.

1. You get to be the last to pass MrCho a 'baton' (as rosalind calls them)
2. You get to walk backwards for the last km without bumping into anyone (we were the last three)
3. You get to make MrCho dizzy when walking back, (backwards) to school
4. You get to fail with a record time of 25 minutes

Anyway, we did standing broad jump after that. I've even more proof that my shoes're evil.

1st jump: 185cm
2nd jump: 180cm
3rd jump: 170cm

After the 1st jump was recess already and i damn bored la, so decided to jump again, only to end up worst and worst due to my shoes' dragging me back. Thus, i took them off.

4th jump: 190cm

Wahahaah. I know it's nothing compared to some of you guys' power jumps of over 3m but still.. x)

Funnest was that after Kadijah and Dyana saw it, they were like "eh, take off shoes can jump further ar?"

Before jumping MrCho was still saying i'll hurt myself if i jump without shoes, so yea.. =P

I wanna hit 2m for SBJ ! Haha. Think only option left is to be like cherie, 'power through'

I wonder if he was staring at me because he was the one i snubbed during my first year here. Lolx.

I look like a semi-dead panda lately. I think the coffee is killing me. Too much caffine.

Watched War of the Worlds today. Uber kewlness, go watch. Had fun watching it. Was actually planning to study with QuanQi, Johnathan and KaiTing at Changi Airport. We didnt get more coz QuanQi qho was supposed to inform slept early yesterday. -.-

Kinda amusing thinking bout it. Reached coffee bean at about 10.45am, i bought breakfast and ate till around 11.30am. Then did some math till about 12 when QuanQi suddenly said "Very sian. Dont feel like doing anymore."

Then Johnathan, being the one that wanted to watch the movie today in the first place, suggested to QuanQi to get the Life section and check the listings. Thus they then decided that, "let's watch War of the Worlds" So we left at 1pm, arrived 10 minutes late for the show and watched it, yada yada.

I think I'm seriously psyched when watching "thrillers" and "horror" genre with them. We laugh at some of the weirdiest parts. =/

So yea. Funnest thing that happened was that QuanQi for the first half hour kept saying, "hen xia ren, wo mao duo zhan le" when out of us four, i'm the only one that's supposingly not able to take these genres. But yea. Nothing much "scare factor" actually. Not as gross as Constantine either. Brrr. Way cool film with some breath-holding scenes, totally worth a watch.*

*Note to self, re-read the book.

I rushed home for my tuition after that. Was planning to meet this certain bear to pass him something. Had like tons of trouble because after my tuition and dinner, he wanted "to watch tennis". -.-

So tried convincing him to just get his fat butt out of the place, yada yada. Here's an extract of what we said after i told him that the latest i meet him is at 8pm.

him: But y so early sia. 10+ sounds quite funky. Then you can take the last bus back
me: Fine. You meet me near my place then. The you'll get the chance to do the funky bus ride.
him: Huh. Must well stay over at ur place. Parent's nt at hm aniwae=)
me: Haha. I dont mind. Dump you outside with a sleeping bag and a tent.
him: ... Then hw..
me: You come down at 10 then do the funky bus thing you mentioned. =]
him: Ee.. Meet at 815 la ok
me: Haha. What about your funky bus ride !
him: Nah since i cant stay at ur hse
me: But if your stayed over, you wouldnt be able to catch the bus. Which is the main reason why you wanna meet late. x)
him: But if i fail then i have to stay outside which isnt fun

Utter stupidity. I should get a dog or something, then whenever someone proposes to stay over or something like so, i can let them sleep in the dog house while my dog sleeps in my room. x)

But yea. Despite the weirdness, did manage to pass the stuff. Lalala.

So anyway, cip tomorrow. I didnt bothered asking Jovin/MsTan again if the fax is there yet. Not as if i care bout those hours. *rolls eyeballs*
